Have downloaded the latest dated 5 Dec but still get the same error message. Have checked the embarcadero\studio\20\bin directory for files ipstudiowinclient4k260.bpl and ipstudiowinwordxp4k260.bpl and definitely not there. The same files without the 4k are there. Appreciate any help to get this resolved quickly. regards Bill Zwirs

Just downloaded again but still have the same problem. The new build doesn't seem to be available yet. The only build available for download for Infopower is the one dated 1 December version 20.0.1.
