Error after install for Rio

Have just installed the version for Delphi Rio. When I start Rio I get the message 'Can't load package ..Embarcadero\studio...\20\ipstudiowinclient4k260.bpl.' and then asked if I want to attempt to install next time I start the IDE. Also get the same message for ipstudiowinwordxp260.bpl. Have uninstalled and installed again but get the same error message.

Please help.

Just downloaded again but still have the same problem. The new build doesn't seem to be available yet. The only build available for download for Infopower is the one dated 1 December version 20.0.1.
