I have a wwDbNavigator with an imagelist. Navigator buttons' NumGlyphs is set to 2. Imagelist having enable/disable (normal & graycale) image for each of the navigator button (as below pic).

First Nav button ImageIndex is 0, 2nd button image button is set to 1 and so on. However the first nav button (with ImageIndex set to 0) is displaying with the ImageIndex 1 and 2nd button is showing ImageIndex 3 (see below DbNavigator actual display).

I want to know what are the settings & how to make the button display the correct image.?
